1. Agreement to Terms

By joining the Prime Focus waitlist or accessing our website at primefocusapp.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms are issued by Mediator Tbilisi, the developer of Prime Focus. Contact us at hello@primefocusapp.com with any questions.

2. Description of Service

Prime Focus is a mobile productivity application designed to help users identify their single most important task each morning, set a deadline, and stay accountable throughout the day with AI coaching support.

Currently, the service consists of a waitlist registration through which interested users may sign up to receive a notification and early access offer when the app launches on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

3. Waitlist Participation

By submitting your email address to the Prime Focus waitlist, you:

• Confirm that you are at least 13 years of age
• Consent to receive a launch notification email from us
• Acknowledge that waitlist participation does not guarantee early access, specific pricing, or any particular feature set
• Understand that launch dates and product details are subject to change without notice

You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Prime Focus website and within the Prime Focus application — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Mediator Tbilisi and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Prime Focus content without our prior written consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with our website
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services

6. Disclaimers

The Prime Focus website and waitlist service are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Prime Focus is a pre-launch product. Features, pricing, and availability described on the website are subject to change without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mediator Tbilisi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Prime Focus website or waitlist service.

8. Privacy

Your use of Prime Focus is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia (country), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tbilisi, Georgia.
